We are born to heal ourselves, but after trauma, hard transitions and difficult memories, sometimes we need help reactivating our own natural abilities. With balanced energy healed at the cellular level, we can again experience the empowered joy of living.

EFT is a medium that exercises tapping on specific points of the body to acknowledge and release mental, physical and emotional stress.
